Kate Towers / photo shoot sneak peek

Recently, I had a photo shoot for a magazine column that I am a part of, and I got to wear the work of the very talented Kate Towers. I learned about Kate years ago and I wore one of her amazing dresses in a very early shoot as I built my career.

Now that I have grown so much in my business I was thrilled to be able to don a few more of her creations for a more personal shoot. Here are the two dresses I wore! an investment in outerwear

Once a year I invest in an amazing piece of outerwear. Last year, it was a long camel in wool.

The year before, a black and navy swing coat.

This year I am not sure which direction I'll go. Thinking about a classic piece, in forest green. (above. At matches fashion.) I am also reeeeally loving these by Roksanda Ilincic:

 

Maybe this could be the year for a statement tapestry coat or one with beautiful embroidery (valentino, odlr ) :
